I have no words for how epic that is

I hope there's a beta soon, because all I wanna do is drive vehicles in Killing Floor. :D

Can the Pat do a lot of damage to your vehicle?

A direct head on from the Patties rocket will make for some eye watering moments.

Here's a little fun getting Pounded and then Doomed. :D

See how they lift up the front off the floor before setting in with their tin openers to cut you out.

Mountain Pass Day 'Brake'

The mini convention is in town and ready to rock.

Thanks to DrGuppy for giving permission to modify MountainPass.

Thanks Arramus

@yoyobatty, I'm cool as is thanks. It pretty much handles the same as the hunter from GTA which is what I wanted.
Not sure on the biplane, i haven't got an aeroplane code to work off plus I don't think the maps are designed large enough for a plane to pick up any speed.
Once the code is released, you will be able to make any mods from it that you want :)

Ooo yeah, the whirley bird feels very balanced and with a husk or two about really has its work cut out.

Chop chop chop choppety chop.

The Clout getting hit on the left side of the fork started spinning like a dizzy ballerina.

Great stuff!

I know that this is not much of a contribution, but since the modding elite is gathering in this thread, I just can't pass up to toss you this idea:

What about a gametype thats, say, basically the standard KF, but on a very large map, where 2 spots have to be defended King of the hill style? So you don't only have to survive, but also have to keep Zeds out of a certain area? (room filled with refugees, whatever.)

The huge map could inspire/force (whichever way you look at it:D) people to use the chopper to transport one or two players once in a while to where the s*** hits the fan...

Say the Waves spawn with a random emphasis, like 5 out of 6 Zeds spawn at HotSpotA, next round at HotSpotB, and players have to ferry everybody but a single guard to the battle at hand...

Again, since I can't contribute to anything, I just thought I'd tell you what you made me dream of at night with this outstanding chopper in particular.

Don't worry, you are not alone with that idea.

When I first started the car mod, especially with the chopper in mind, my ideal gametype was going to be:

At the beginning of each wave, you must head to a random location where there are refugees in a building being attacked.
You defend this post until all sepcimens are killed and then you beep the horn on the truck or chopper and the refugees will then board your vehicle.
You must then get them back to a safepoint in an allocated amount of time.
For each civillian saved, you will get money to spend at the trader. Once trading is complete you then get onto the next random attack point.

I don't have the technical prowess to code such a gametype but I sure as hell could build the map if someone else would like to attempt the gameplay elements?

Thanks for the though FPK, I am glad I am not on my own with this gametype in mind, plus it would make the vehicles invaluable.

Cool ideas.

I was thinking of a Survivor's mode where you have to protect survivors from being eaten. The survivors will be sitting in the back of the vehicles. If the vehicle is destroyed then so are the survivors.

The map is split into linear sequential zones and your goal is to maually unweld an access point to the next zone and escort the survivors through.

At each zone, the zeds are depleting your vehicles/survivor stock and the race is on to reach a final end zone before all the survivors are eaten.

Sooooo, you'll have to keep the vehicles safe to ensure the survivors aren't eaten but also balance their use as weapons. Quite a feat over a few stages. At the same time you'll have to be manually unwelding entry points while keeping check on your cargo as well as yourself.

This offers a number of objectives:

1. Protect the survivors.
2. Use your vehicles wisely and don't let them get destroyed.
3. Unweld stage points.
4. Reach an ultimate end zone with some survivor stock.
5. Protect yourself.

Keeping the survivors in the vehicles ensures they won't wander off and makes sure you are babysitting them at each and every step.

Ooo, and here's a little Forklift Frenzy.
