Ah,the bugged scream. I changed my siren's HurtRadius() code to be

if (!Victims.IsA('KFHumanPawn')) {// If it aint human, don't pull the vortex crap on it.
UsedMomentum = 0;
} else {
UsedMomentum= Momentum;
}
And then changed all usages of "Momentum" to "UsedMomentum".
