632lbs of concrete floats my 10 pound boat :3i woulda just stuck with the big thread, but hey, whatever floats your boat.
Personally, i don't see why you just didn't bring this question up in your other thread. Sure it's huge, but you could just edit your first post and ask for opinions on a name and even make a post near the end so people following the thread would know too.
As it stands since pretty much 75% of people think gunslinger was an alright name, this thread was pretty much a waste of time.

Now I have to wait and see what happens to the original thread. Tryin' to get it open again.
Well, the poll here has spoken so I guess this one can be deleted and we ask to reopen the main thread?
It's a name. Given that this perk will be the only to specialise in any akimbo weaponry, I find it fitting. This isn't limited to only dual guns though.
Meh I don't mind Pistoleer, at least it is accurate and easy to pick out its purpose. A Pistoleer is a soldier who is issued with a pistol.

I dislike Gunslinger, for 2 reasons. 1) it sounds a little corny, and 2) it is technically inaccurate. A gunslinger by definition is a professional killer who wields a gun, not necessarily a pistol.

Dualist I remember seeing someone suggest ages ago and acutally thought it was a decent name. I googled it and acutally found out that a dualist is someone who believes in 2 absolutes of good and evil xD

I actually meant a duelist, who quite simply is someone who fights duels. And of course duels are usually fought with either rapiers, or pistols

Overall, I'm not too picky, but of the lot I disagree with gunslinger the most. It just doesn't imply pistols. I personally think of a winchester when I think of a gunslinger.
Sadly it seems the mob has spoken.
How does that obscure early renaissance term supposedly fit into the theme of present warfare more then a wild west term?I actually meant a duelist, who quite simply is someone who fights duels. And of course duels are usually fought with either rapiers, or pistols

Not all perks are designed to be a Scrake/FP killer remember.
