I know i probably shouldn't be posting this here but I don't know who I should contact to get my forum username changed to {ST}Broski. Anyone know who I should pm about this?

I can't remember off the top of my head who is of the authority to do that.
Technically I could change your name but I feel like there's a rule about that.
Though I might be thinking of another forum. I'll check on it.

Yeah I wouldn't imagine it's a big deal. I just wanna make sure before I go sticking my mits all in your account's technical bits.

Thing is the relevant mod may feel that changing it is a waste of time if you could possibly leave the clan in a month or so.

Only the forum administrators can change the user names (moderators can't). You will have to contact them. I must say that it's rarely so don't get high hopes.
