Level Design The winter revenge.... [Preview]

To celebrate the fact we have one of these rare Dutch snowy days
last week i post new shots of the Zhitomir winterversion.
More ruined stuff, falling snow and a new flank through a ruined building
where i tried to play with light settings. I have to tweak that but it offer nice effects.

Looks cool Drecks! I'm pretty convinced, playing Zhitomir, that it would take a number of bombs to get rid of that awful wallpaper in some of the apartments.

The wallpaper is absolutely great for immersion, but man, I really question those people's taste. Wasn't life hard enough without dark blue walls in your dank apartment?

Been a long while since beta 3 got released.

Have not seen it much on servers and the time i did join the map the overall
problem still is the first Allied objective. The Cerkov street.
Now i could rant a few about Allied players running everywhere except the
objective but i won't.

Instead of that i decide to use a positive approach. This means i simpify the first area.
This is done by widen that area up. I have add some more destruction meaning half the hotel
was blown away which provided the space to make a more diverse area to fight the first objective.....

I didn't hear much comment about the last stage of the battle nor the reinforcements so i
presume that part is ok.

Some work in progress screens of the new widen up destroyed area....
I need to add some more details here and there but the basic area
is done....

I like the new changes a lot, too bad it's been a while since I've seen this map on servers other wise I might be able to give some more constructive comments.

I don't know why it's hard to find on servers. Coldwater fear maybe.
It's quite a big step running in a new envirement :):):)....

Maybe the new version is gonna change that.
