How would one go about to add weapons that function in each perk line?

For example, say I had a custom assault rifle and I wanted it to count along the commando perk (perk bonuses and being able to level up the commando perk)
Or say I have a custom sniper rifle that I want to count for sharpshooter perk, giving me perk bonuses and allowing me to level up my sharpshooter perk class.

Which source file would I have to find and change?

The final return is wrong, I suppose

If level is greater than 6 the function returns (InDamage - EPS), where EPS<1 in most cases.
So berserker of any level >6 has almost no defence )

When i run Server Perks V5 and i set everything to lvl 6, it will let me spawn as level zero. Other Players spawn as lvl 6. Why?
I run a listed serer, but no dedicated.

I was looking into this and I've noticed that the local host will always have a playerID of "84159f68256957d3d67b35cb78cb770f" (value may differ across machines) while the playerID of everyone else is their steamid. Of course this isn't your real steamid, so the database thinks you're a new player and gives you zeroed stats. This applies to solo games, and the host of a listened server.

On a side note, I've seen some screenshots of really good custom characters. (characters from other video games) Can someone point me to the right direction where to get them with the creator's consent? Thanks.

I have a problem Data Base Server Stats

The game features non Perks, open port 6000, use V.1032, ServerPerkV5, ServerPerkHostV1.55 and some muts.

You need to keep the host .exe running on a Windows server machine then in ServerPerks .ini RemoteDatabaseURL=<IP address of the server machine running it> and RemotePort=<The port of the host>.

hy guys. i tried to use this serverperk mutator but its not working for me. if i put it in to the active mutator list and start the server all perks gone. tried to login the webadmin interface and paste the ?Mutator=ServerPerksMut.ServerPerksMut but nothing happened. i cant find server.ini or any similar file in game folder. i tried to paste this code in-game to consol but it says unrecognised command. pls help me. i cant use any mutators coz of i cant add codes in to server command line and i dont know why must to do with source codes. im a beginner with mutators on dedicalt server. pls make a little tutorial about how to install this mutator correctly. thanks guys and sry for my bad english.

It's a UT2004 file which the game does not come with initially as it's not needed.
