Im not the guy that will eventually have to work with the pics afterwards, but I think the main point is, that your face doesnt show shadows or highlights.
If you can manage that, it should be ok.

Update very soon. We have not been sitting on our hands - in fact, I'd say we have prolly done more work over the last month than in any of the preceding months. Unfortunately it is not work that produces much eye-candy.
We could show you loadsa renders of sex-eh new models and textures but, until we are able to show you animations of them being used it's a bit pointless really.
