Server New Beta Linux Server Patch 05-16-06

Noone has "forgotten" the linux servers. They are as high or higher priority than the windows server software. Finding some of these obscure crashes isn't an easy task. I would HIGHLY suggest however, that you remove all mutators from your server if you want to help us help you. Many mutators themselves cause the servers to crash, thus if you're using mutators with your server it makes it almost impossible for us to debug it.

i know it is hard for you to find the bugs.

and i offer you again our server to test this out, if this will help in any way.

atm we have no mutator installed. tk-mut was the only one before.
but even after we disabled the tk-mut we got another crash with mapchange.

but iam sure we need to test it more. but its hard to fill the server these days, if everybody (or most) know this server will crash from time to time. and there are servers which are stable. :cool:

the hud mutator should be safe to use. The only mutators that crash the server are the ANTI TK mutator (always did and will always do thesame) and some of the ut2k4 mutators that still partially work. Afcourse it could be possible that the hud mutator is evil with linux. When everybody logs those crash logs do they run mutators on the server ;o

we have no mutator on server anymore.
yesterday it was working fine with 42 mapchanges and most time full server.

today i put some bots on server and it crashed. dont know if it would have been stable without bots, but IMO we only got luck yesterday.

lets test again this evening after the patch.
