Anyway, an old one I think I posted on another thread already:
Farm. Wave 10. We'd had a few deaths over the course of the game and no one was above level 4, so cash was a bit of an issue. Four out of six killed, we're running away from a pack of screamers being covered by husk fire and about ten crawlers and gorefasts putting pressure on us to keep us from healing or shooting properly. Other guy makes a last stand in the middle of nowhere, gets shot and screamed at, dies. But thanks to his sacrifice the crowd eventually thins out that I can start thinking properly, and eventually I heal enough to be able to risk making a stand and fighting. I kill off the wave.
At that point I realize I'm on the opposite corner of the map from the trader. Trader timer: about 30 seconds.
I manage to get two pipe bombs and fail to throw money to anyone in time.
The patty round was a valiant but pathetic effort.
