I need some help, guys! I have no idea if my game is going haywire because of some kind of bug or if my graphics card is dying.

Either your drivers are going wacko or your GPU is overheating

problems whit your gpu. i think u have ATI . try renew all pc drivers , c++ and frameworks too , if problem not solved . use older driver for gpu . find the best.

Highly suggest turning your your computer, dusting out your GPU with some air and reseating it.

Did you solve the issue? Kind of look like something came loose like a loose cable. Usually when the GPU starts to overheat it artifacts and that doesn't really look like artifacts. If the GPU is dying, it usually leads to solid lines on the screen, but this looks like the image is getting distorted/misaligned which leads me to believe something is loose.
