Yeah, lol, that would completely ruin the game for all the bunny hopping run'n'gunners. It would exhaust most of them within minutes, possibly less.

I am really skeptical about the floor... Last thing I heard (GF went to the technological/electronical gathering in Linz) they have some real trouble getting rid of the delay when you want to walk.
Or maybe they secretly solved it at once, but that seems a bit implausible.
The system has trouble recognizing when you want to make a step, the game actually picks it up when you already made a step (then the laser notices you are closer). Maybe this system can recognize a human initiating a step, however that would lead to a lot of flaws and 'system didn't recognize what I wanted to do' kind of things.
Although this is just one way the system can be made, I am really skeptical about how fluent this system can be for now.
