Well, not bad but a few hints for you (if you want to have): You are wasting a lot of ammo with your AK (and Bullpup). Try to shoot in semi automatic (with Bullpup, too). Otherwise you will run out of ammo in higher difficulties. And don't waste your nades on sirens. You can throw them when you're 25-40 (valuation) meters away. Check your HP when you're reloading, and heal if required, that's my habit.
If you don't want to have them ignore them.
Advice is always welcome
About the nades and the sirens, figured that out, eventually.. lol (the video is a bit old, not that much though)
Never thought much about the ammo, as im also "new" to game and still playing on normal so far, but i guess your right, i could waste less ammo. (it's so fun not to
)By the way, i really dont have any problem going through the waves, but i find the patriarch hard to beat.
By that time i usually have:
9mm
AK or SCAR

Only one more. If you shoot in semi mode it's easier to aim without scoping (or fast scoping). I saw that you often used the scope of the AK. Especially with AK and SCAR it's easy to do headshots without scope.
If someone is new to FPSs or KF I think playing Medic with Medic Gun (healing darts) and aiming without scope is a good practice.

Just messing around on testmap, and I know quite a few good combos verse Fleshpounds and Scrakes, so I decided to string 3 together. Took a few tries but I got it right finally. If you pause at 20 seconds you can verify it is Hell on Earth when I bring up the scoreboard.
