If you get the chance, you might want to point out that they shouldn't be trying to resell games that require a Steam account. And they ought (in my opinion) to give you your money back! Key sent separately, so no bugger steals that one

I tried to tell them about the steam keys and they called a supervisor (I don't really know how to call him), I tried to explain the issue and then he said "you probably f***ed up something and it's not our fault"
I almost became red for the rage, I replied that it's their fault because they were selling second-hand games that require a steam validation...
After that I requested a refund and the employees told me to get out...
One thing it's for sure, I'll never set a foot in that shop again
So, no refund, but they've lost a customer
