Tactics Holding spawn on HillbillyHorror

A lot of people on publics just restort to camping on the roof of the central building (the one with the stairs leading up to the hole in the roof) and in my humble opinion it doesn't work. There are at least 4 ways for the zeds to get up there, and once someone gets hit they lose focus and stop watching their entrance which allows even more zeds to get on the roof. Similarly anyone trying to help a struggling team-mate takes their attention off their entry point. Once the roof gets flooded people end up falling off and dying.

I'd have thought that the barn may have potential if you weld 2 lower doors shut and have 2-3 people in the upper entrance. If you have a support specialist to keep these doors shut it might take the sting out of the wave. Seeing as no-one online seems to weld I haven't been able to try this yet however.

There's a house with two doors and a porch that works fine on like Hard or below.

Also, the main house (with the roof etc), if you go on the ground floor and weld every door except the door facing the ground floor bathroom, and stay in that area, 99.5% of the zeds all come through that single door.

Just did the map on suicidal that way, I was a zerker at the entrace with the claymore, tanking my team from incoming fps or scs, I was the only guy killed in the whole game.

For patty's round we stayed there again and when he got in, a suppor welded the front door, the rest was like "gg patty"

You can hold the far corner as well, where the three gnomes were located. Just weld the barn doors and that restrict movement from two areas. (Hard/Sui)

The central large house is also holdable, but it depends on the team.

I managed HoE a couple of times by camping inside the top floor of central house. Not the roof, but inside behind the staircase. Need two good zerkers with scythes and 2 good supp with AA12/dbl-barrel sg. + a medic and a ss. All have to be at top of their game.

Camp the Bathroom

I found that the best set up to win is 4 Bezkr with 2 full-time, very hard working medics. Plenty of alt-fire Bezkr attacks take care of the scrakes. FPs die rather quickly on suicidal with all those blades and medic nades. Everyone gets big money this way and the medics make great pay.

Here is a screenshot taken recently as we easily coasted to the Patti round in record time by camping the bathroom:

The most boring way to beat any map. It's so easy/boring in some cases it feels like it borders on the line of exploiting. Especially now with beserker weapon upgrades.

This is a survival tactic like using testmap to level is a leveling tactic.

I just don't understand the need for 4 zerkers and 2 medics. If anything, sub in a couple of supports for shotgun spam. Then pretty much everything dies before it even gets to the zerker.
