This might be nothing but having a few problems and noticed this in my launch logs.
From the IOM Wp_Sov_PTRD. Not even sure if that file exists anywhere.
Might not be causing my problem at all. The problem is with a HOW map so nothing to do with the Wp_Sov_PTRD.
