How would a good looking stereotypical female actor appeal to the female group of players?
It'd be more for all the male players who like to ring their bell to the curves of fantasy-characters.

They probably won't shove their galhood into everyones face because the majority of male players are creepy/annoying/embarassing.

My girlfried got huge natural boobs, so I have seen an adult with big boobs. Such huge boobs are rare a hell (We don't count porn movies)

Most military and police forces in the world are primarily made up of men. Not sexist, it's a fact. And most of the soldiers are from special forces and special police units, known even more for having only men! Having half the players in the game choose the female soldier just to be 'different' (You know they would!) would totally destroy the atmosphere this game has and blow away any suspension of disbelief...

In Left 4 Dead, Zoey is a survivor. Someone who was just there. Not someone recruited and trained by the military, then dropped in. She makes sense there. If she was in Killing Floor, she'd be horribly out of place...

I'd rather see more models/voices of male soldiers from different nations (Britain's NATO and EU allies anyone?) than see a female soldier that, in all-reality, wouldn't really exist. I'd rather see them add things that make sense like:

-German Kommandos
-French Special Forces
-Russian Spetsnaz
-American Rangers, SEALs, or Green Berets

Each could have their own voices and skins, giving variety without ruining the feel of the game...

They don't exist. Their only weapon is a white flag they constantly wave around.

and in all reality, There are some ***-kickin babes out there who would fit in. They did begin to add civilians as characters, didn't they? So I don't see why some Action movie, ***-kickin, good lookin chick is nessacarily a bad idea. I myself have been wondering where all the women went from this game. My suggestions...

heheheh me too. except she likes the hard ones.... servers that is. Seriously though, she has been quite curious as to why there were no female chars. I have been reluctant to inform her that they probably would get abused. kinda the same reason there are no women characters in counter strike i guess(she plays that as well). So for her I post in this thread to support female characters in games.

I much prefer TWI work on tweaking out the weapons as a whole and balancing Berserker/Firebug to be more useful than scapegoats when getting cornered.

On topic, I want some motherfreaking old hags in my Squad wielding an AA12, that would the greatest sight I'd ever laid my eyes on. Young ponytail females are overrated anyway.

Oh god this thread... sexists much? My dear gf, also my lovely level 4 (soon-to-be-five) sharp shooter nearly strangled me when she saw this thread!

But yeah, lemme make this clear: I know plenty of girl-gamers, more than one that play KF, and they would love to have a female character. Simply to identify more with the game. Mod-KF 2.0 and up had chick-skins, why couldn't the retail as well? Nothing ridiculous like biker bimbos with guns, but real badass girls in uniforms (you know you'd love 'em!), maybe a bit more protected Lara Croft-type as an alternative. Add a visible pony tail hair or just a bit shorter hair, and thar you go. Different thing is getting the fitting voice lines to fit our lovely ladies, but I'm sure that could be done quickly and cheap if really wanted.
