The Steam Holyday Sale is here :)

IL-2 Cliffs of Dover was $20 on Amazon so I bought that to. The only games I really want now are the ArmA 2 DLCs and Wings of Prey.

Just Cause 2 is also $2.50 on Amazon. Never played it, though it is tempting, but the overall driving and shooting mechanics look really lame to me. So far Amazon has better deals than Steam, IMO.

Just Cause 2 for $2.50 is a massive steal. Get it. I've gotten at least 100 hours of gameplay out of it and it rocks -- plain and simple!

The graphics are nice, the game is well optimized, the world is HUGE, there are tons of weapons to use, and the freedom of movement is outrageous. Get it. It's that simple.

It is not on Steam, but Amazon has Deus Ex Human Revolution + the Tactical Enhancement Pack for $10. But your code works on Steam. :) I bought it, added it to Steam, and got the DLC. It is my understanding you only get the DLC when you register the game on Steam.

You also get a $5 off coupon for any "top selling of 2011" game in the month of January 2012.

For $10 it seemed like a great deal. Hopefully I'll get to play it this month.

Damn...US only. Those games on top selling list are really cheap. Total war shogun 2 7$, tropico 4 14$...

Thanks, Flogger. Got one for me and one for my brother :)

Now its really tempting.

I have not played it, but Splinter Cell Conviction is $3. I doubt it will be as good as CT, though it doesn't look too bad for a co-op game. I'm on the fence about this. Should I get it or not? A lot of other good deals on Amazon. Sadly I think they are US only.

Edit: Bought Just Cause 2.

Though if you can find an American friend have them buy it for you, pay them, and have them send the CD key. If any Europeans find a cheap game Amazon Downloads for cheaper than elsewhere PM me. Maybe we can work something out.

Well I did that Amazon thing(bought Deus Ex from GG because of Steamworks) and bought:

Tropico 4 5$
http://www.amazon.com/Kalypso-Media..._2?s=videogames&ie=UTF8&qid=1324730067&sr=1-1

Dungeon Defenders 2$
http://www.amazon.com/Trendy-Entert...efenders/dp/B005VFHOOE/ref=zg_bs_2445220011_6

New offers! :D

Don't buy Alien Vs Predator, this game is **** and takes 13 GB

I got this game using blue credits from GG and it's not even worth it if it was free. Still 7th most sold game on Steam at the moment, they don't know what hit them.

Batman Arkham City 60%

Looks like I can't buy any more games on Steam because I am out of the USA. :( Too bad Wings of Prey didn't go on sale yesterday, I could have bought it before boarding my flight. By the time I get back the Steam sale will be over. In times like this I wish Amazon download's had the selection that Steam did, as it is much easier to buy and get customer service from them compared to Valve/Steam.

If you have a US billing address, but you're currently out of the country, buy the games through

http://store.steampowered.com/?cc=us

It's what I do, because I live in Venezuela but I have a US debit card due my DHL POBox service. It's nothing wrong about it, because it was valve support who told me to do tht

I still get an error. :( Though it does take me one step further, which is a start.

I should mention that Borderlands Game of the Year Edition is $6 on Amazon. One great game with a lot of content. This includes all of the DLC, which itself has 20+ or so hours of gameplay.
