As long as I'm not juggling Heroes of Stalingrad, Skyrim, and Diablo 3 all at the same time I don't mind whatever release date is planned.

That is furthur along the beta path than I thought you would be at this point.
However, I think its still too early in the year to be talking about betas/demos, to be honest. Well, to be realistic.

lol, Wasn't it only last month TWI said its too early to be discussing beta. I would has assumed it was still too early in the year to be discussing it again.
We still don't know a release date, so putting a public beta date would be pretty pointless at this point.

The only media I would be really interested in at this point is a gameplay video not recorded by a hand held camera. Surely one will show up before release of the game though. As long as that happens, then I have no issues in terms of media.

Remember guys TWI got a team of about 30 people working full time on this project. Even if big things are missing some of them could be added to the game within the period of a few days.
Especially when a team gets into the crunch mode you'd be surprised how much work can be done in little time.

there initial plan i bet was quarter one or early quarter 2 now however its probably pushed into quarter 3. however that's just speculation when i hear about large beta being in effect then my and others speculation will become much much more accurate as large closed beta means almost about to release unless something goes horribly wrong. (as there will be no open beta.)

I think it's better to keep the open beta date as secret. TWI played with our feelings when we were excited waiting for the "end of 2010" beta
To be honest, I don't think my rum filled liver would resist another one of those sad moments. So the "the game will be done when it's done" stuff, is the best option
