exactly why would a company like rockstar be dumb enough to make the darn thing console only? one only has to look online to see how much fan made content there was for SA for the pc only.

It will eventually, when they make enough money from console gamers. They just can't miss the big PC market with this game, but IMO they're holding it up in purpose. If they released it first on PC, the piracy would cut the sales greatly, the console gamers would try it on PC and may decide not to get the console version and so forth. Releasing first on consoles means big sales+no piracy at all, pure income.

Predictably, while Xbox 360 does well in the UK the PS3 version of Grand Theft Auto IV has proven more popular in both the Spanish and German charts.

Sorry, if I sound stupid, especially after reading the system requirements. But does that mean that my 7800GTX 256mb will struggle?. Oh well I have it on the 360, but It would of been nice to see it running on my pc.
