ok for starter what is the "Level" thing for ? it has like a number in it? so i am guessing that is the security level clearence or something? so what numbers do what?

Also there is the Kick/Ban section so if i put a check in the one box instead of all three will it give permisson for fullaccess of Kick/Ban?

Where are you seeing level? I don't see that in WebAdmin under Admins and Groups. Screenie?

you mean the security level number? yeah i have no clue what that does or how to use it effectively, been wondering that myself for a while, and havent been able to find an answer via google.

it would so be nice if a lot of this useless stuff could be explained as to why it is even in the webadmin

I think it just gives certain admins less power on the server. Keeps the main admin in control of what control you give the other admins.
