Thoughts on Vlad?

Pretty much the title, but does anyone else find Vlad kind of ****? Isn't it basically a weaker, cheaper, slower projectile based combat shotgun with ricoche? I don't see any real advantage to the bouncing aspect except for maybe getting some lucky kills from a single nail randomly bouncing against a crawler.

Well, you figure people will whine about "new gun X is better than old gun Y" so some sort of vague, different kind of weapon sidegrade is still something people will whine about, but it makes them seem like picky asshats.

I really only wish the clip was bigger or it reloaded slightly faster, other than that I found it to be a decent weapon.

Mind you I don't play HoE because.. I suck *** and have a hard enough time with the Hard setting lol

I find it quite enjoyable. It's relatively cheap, and it fills the gap for a much-needed long range weapon for the support perk.

OK, my initial thoughts were that the weapon was useless... cause of the massive spread, but now it gives me one more reason to choose support on 6 man HoE!

That shooting down thing is odd. @700fps playing solo I would reliably kill the Scrake with two or even one shot doing that trick.
@120fps recording, it takes 3 to 4. That's the only difference, I did the exact same thing every time, and every time it was 1-2 shots regular and 3-4 shots recording. LOL
