You do realize that if u change region, restart steam or steam loses connection and is forced to relogin the total downloaded will only be whats downloaded by steam since it was last relogged in/restarted? So obviously its possible for total downloaded be smaller than actual single game progress.... so not sure whats so interesting about that picture.
