Is it just me or does this game look extremely mediocre? The voice is also just annoying, like "look we have a pseudo-portal robo-woman voice explaining stuff, isn't that cool?"

Well, this surely deserves a thread as I'm sure most people here were big fans of Deux Ex (1), which I personally never played.

yep, you sound interested alright - the enthusiam shines through.

There's nothing for me to deal with cos i'm honestly not bothered what you do on the forums, it was an observation - I'm only teasing 'cos your pitch is in such contrast to the norm for game threads, that's all.

I was pretty hyped by the first trailer but the more I've seen the more meh it looks.

Never played the original, but it looks like they're doing a "fallout".

Why do recent games have cheats as gamefeatures like seeing through walls, knowing where the enemy is, etc. When I played batman I felt like I was cheating the whole game through untill I stopped because I got bored of it. There just wasn't any challange fighting 20 bad guys. From what I can see in the videos the guy just stands there getting shot while calmy shooting the enemies.
Not for me thx, I prefer challanging gameplay.

dem 2003 graphics plus WAY too much **** on your screen and everything just looks so.....meh. This is a good example of the negative sides of modern gaming imo.
