Steam problem

Not exactly the right place to post, but I can't use they Steam website for some reason, so:
I can't start Steam anymore, I get this error message:

Steam.exe (main exception): Unable to start Steam Engine: *SteamStartEngine(0x12e8b8) failed with error 200: Connection closed by peer, Winsock error 0 "No error"

If you'd used the search function you'd have found out that this is a very common problem and can simply be resolved by deleting the file called clientregistry.blob from your Steam folder. Next time you start up Steam it will update.

I must say that this is happening more and more frequently to me, though :S

Thanks, that helped. I was kind of desperate, what if it would have been something more serious...
