1.) You listed 24 Texture files above, but in the RMF0419 i downloaded were only 14 Textures.

The other folders are the same as in the RMF0419 folder.
In your hint files there is a "redirectfolder.jpg". Here you can see that the files are missing in the redirection too.

Guess all problems are because the package was not complete delivered. Please pack youre files again in a file and let us download the full package.

OK im with sid, i made a mistake, for some reason after uploading all the new files and after rebooting the server and clearing out the cache, even though I download a lot of files I still dont get any new uniform skins or the whistle working online.
