A required update for Rising Storm/Red Orchestra 2 servers is now live.

• After the attacking team captures the Headquarters, there is now a delayed spawn push up and spawn protection, giving defenders a chance to leave the area.

Thats a neat thing to add, i was disliking the map for some reasons, might have been this one, gonna play again.
