Is anyone using something like this mutator I found for UT2003: http://downloads.unrealadmin.org/UT...typrint&filename=ozforces_limitbyping.zip.txt (it isn't working with RO unfortunately or to be more specific - it works wrong: not kicking player who is out of set ping limitation but restarting server). Sometimes 'fresh' players joins server with more than 350 ping so you can imagine what happens to the game then :)
I would appreciate link if anyone knows about it :)

please explain. i cant imagine what would happen to the game. This is not Counter strike, the server wont hickup just because someone with a high ping is joining.

still, restarting the server wouldnt help, as its the location data from the player which is coming in slowly.

By far its not affecting the server and even less other players.
