RedOrchestra.ini file is not loading. Restarted, rebooted & reinstalled. Nothing!

Not that I havent had a plethora of other issues but this is just crazy. I cant get any changes I make in "RedOrchestra.ini" to stick. Ive restared steam, dumped my prefetch, and even rebooted but I cant get RO to read my new red orchestra.ini file. Is there a secret place where some override is stored that I can delete? I have a super fresh install of Steam and RO [i[without[/i] the SDK.

BTW, Im also having problems with:
1) Browser not displaying found servers.
2) Locked connection screen.

I have sense worked out a pathetically insufficient but doable work around for these three issues.

+ RedOrchestra.ini not read at load:
-- Dont start the game with the the provided shortcut. LAunch directly from steam

+ Browser connecting to Master but not displaying servers:
-- Connent to IP directly

+ Infinite "F10" loading screen:
-- When connecting via IP, make sure to include the port ":7757"

F-10 cant connect freeze Index.rom settings windowed mode

I think we had some masterserver/news server issues last night.

BTW, Im also having problems with:
1) Browser not displaying found servers.
2) Locked connection screen.

Have you got the sdk installed? Looks like you had some restarts and some files got corupted. to fix the not displaying found servers.

Delete the .ucl file in steam\steamapps\<username>\red orchestra\system

The locked connection screen is caused because the SDK and online don't go together anymore after the update follow this, but you don't need steam for the sdk to work so follow this:
