I haven't seen this thrown around the forums often, if at all. I quickly browsed through it and it's not too shabby.
It certainly helps new players get the basics at least.
Why isn't something like this in the stickies section? It could probably quickly answer a lot of the same questions and probably good for players who've played since beta. You never know what you might have missed or never noticed before.
Just a snippet:
"You’re tasked to go through an obstacle course. Use W,A,S, and D to move through course’s sandbags. Once you’ve taught those sandbags a lesson, jump over the upcoming trenches with “space”. Afterwards, jump over some logs with “space” as well. You’ll then come across a log you’ll need to balance yourself on. Jump on it and try not to fall."
It's quite detailed and doesn't get fancy with words or explanations, straight to the point.

Since RO2's on sale now, there will also be a few new players coming in very soon.
