Nah, you have to unlock them from a crate. Some jerk stuffed them in there and threw away the key, and you have to pay $2.50 to rescue them!

Just about every content update so far has included at least one character. Rae will almost certainly be a free character released alongside Demo 2.0 and Sharpshooter.

Probably picked the name because of Star wars. I'm going to assume she's some "tough chick" like Ana, hopefully with a less obnoxious and fake - sounding accent. I doubt she'll have as nice of a butt though. I'd pour salt and pepper on that thing.
