How can I play custom maps in solo mode?

You'll have to download them and move the map file to Maps in the game's folder. If there's music, you...put it in the Music file. I think there's a thread here somewhere with an index of custom maps.

basically, follow the instructions-usually the files for a specific folder will be seperated in a way so you know which one goes where. If the installation goes correctly, you should have it pop up at the bottom of the map list in Solo.

That will cover 99% maps. The other 2% are unplayable in solo and have to be run in the SDK

If you automatically downloaded the map (at the beginning of a match), you'll have to extract the map file from your cache first.

/\ to do that:

go to your cache dir (killingfloor\cache\)
open cache.ini in notepad
rename the cache file to its corresponding mapname, as listed in cache.ini
move them to the maps directory (killingfloor\maps\)
