Quick Iron Sights won't allow me to fire primary

Hi,

I mapped Quick Iron Sights to Cmd key on my Mac (moving from Windows) BUT when I hold it, and press "Fire" it toggles automatic weapon mode and doesn't fire!

It's not supposed to work like this is it?
It just means I can't use "Quick Iron Sights" at all because I can't fire anything while it's on.

Does anybody know why this would be happening?

By "Quick Iron Sight" you mean, not a toggle right ?

just set this in your User.ini

RightMouse=IronSightZoomIn  | onRelease IronSightZoomOut

Replace RightMouse whatever key is the cmd key

set input rightmouse aiming

I believe was the in game command, toggle sight is toggleaim if memory servers me :IS2:

What I personally use is

set input rightmouse aiming | showhud | onrelease showhud

That way when I ads it also hides the hud so I see more clearly and brings it right back when im done. It's nice because of the billboards people run around with above their heads displaying health / etc.

I changed Quick Iron Sight to "Shift" key and it works now. Just can't use "cmd"
