Server Problem with the UZ2 KF Tool

Hey, I am trying to decompress the killing floor maps that are on my redirect so I can put them onto my server. I just got a problem, when I load up UZ2 program from KFTools, I get an error saying "Failed to initialize drawing surfaces and then it says something about updating drivers, and setting the screen to a lower resolution. Which I have done both.

Anyone know why this isn't working properly??

As far as i'm aware you aren't able to uncompress the maps yourself.

what i have done, is uploaded compressed maps to a ftp. Then on another network (with much fast upload speed) I have taken them off the ftp, now i am wanting the decompress the maps so i can put them onto a server. But I can't even get on to the program UZ2, I have tryed another two programs but they dont work either.

Yeah, this program does allow your to uncompress the maps

your ucc app must be having trouble with dependancies, like maybe if you're trying to run it over local net (though thats how I do it and works fine for me). make sure you're running it where kf is installed, it needs other files of the game/server so you can't just use it somewhere on its own.

or just get this:

it's the exact same thing as the server ucc, just packaged with all file dependancies needed so you can run it anywhere outside of the kf install. it also includes a batch file for you to compress/decompress entire directories at once, there's no need for you to do them one by one.
