But it was hilarious

(Just for added clarification that I'm not a complete moron, here's how it happened)

I was standing by my fire place where there are a bunch of candles on the top of it. I rested my arm on the fireplace, and eventually noticed that my arm was getting hotter, and there was a strange smell in the air. I then realized my sleeve was on fire, and proceeded to scream and whack my arm a few times before quickly taking my shirt off.

My whole family saw it happen, and we all got a good laugh out of it (except my mom, she was pretty freaked out).
