I didn't see it either, that's odd because on another screenshot i've seen that there's both Squad Leader and Commander.

He's the commander on that team, using an SMG instead of a rifle.

Some of the HUD text in the screenshots (e.g. spawn queue) seem to be stretched, looks strange.

That is probably caused by the guy who took the shots, i couldnt think of a game that had text like that on default.

Looks pretty close, also it is tilted forward somewhat, note the position of the stock he's aiming down i guess.
