Half hour later I saw at merrils marauder server a kid who has stolen my name during a match. My original KOMMANDO ingame name was renamed KOMMANDO_2,all this it happened during a normal match. How is possible? I consider go to police if it's a case of account stealing,if I will not have an immediate response

The player names are the names as they use them in their steam accounts. That system (from valve/steam) allows a person to pick any name they want and it doesn't check for duplicate names. A thing as "name stealing" can be annoying, but that's all it is, since the names aren't copyrighted. If you search on steam for the name "KOMMANDO", then you will get 762 hits. Which of those was the first that came up with the idea?
