Mouse unresponsive in-game

I got the RO2 a few says ago, and it seems to run wonderfully, the first thing I do when it's finished installing is join a multiplayer match. I load in, everything looks good until I find that my mouse won't move my character. I'm confused because it works in the menus but not in the game. I even went to the tutorial to see if it happens there and it still happens.

I have no idea what to do, I would like some support on this. Thank you.

Just curious, are you using the generic Windows mouse drivers, or a specialty mouse driver? I seem to recall something like this in the past, some guy was using the drivers that come with his gaming mouse. Logitech maybe?
