Got a chance to play it on German side today. Here are a few observations:
- there doesn't seem to be a workingammo cache for Germans in the village, meaning Germans have to run all the way back to capzone A from D to get a resupply of smoke. This is, obviously, impractical and given Germans' reinforcement advantage, it's simply better to die and repawn with a new smoke near D objective again.
- the earlier part of the map is a cakewalk, but E is an impossibility; maybe balance the difficulty factor differently, so the very nicely detailed trenches get more fight and the last cap is easier (through, for example, enabling the village ammo caches for German use);
- I repeat my sentiment that it's easier for Germans to get to the cap from Soviets' right flank
Still, in case there is any doubt about it, it's a great map that is enormously enjoyable.
