Killing Floor Updated Again!

EDIT: Just tryied to solo today and didn't see any perks go up after about 3 rounds so I think the perk sever is down.

The perk server being down has no effect on the actual counter in-game increasing, only the stats being saved.

Solo doesn't work, but playing with the same settings on a listen server works just fine.

When I soloed the core maps on Normal difficulty, I could not raise my perk progress. Is this part of the update, or is it a bug? Also I've completed Long Normal games on The Manor for like 5 times already, but I don't get Lord of the Manor achievement unlocked...

I was on a server last night

Yes, so was I, and it worked. When I quit for the night, I got a message "Killing Floor has finished downloading". I thought "Okay, I guess it is a new whitelist version, more maps to play tomorrow, yay" and went to bed. In the morning it was not working.

I also have got 2 achievements stuck at 100%.
They are "Philantrophist (1000/1000)" and " The Long War (5/5)"
