RO2 Japanese Territories in Stalingrad

This happened twice now, so I want to show you some screenshots of it, maybe it can be fixed easily.

Do you happen to know if the game is running the default rotation?
If you play with friends on ts does it happen to them as well at the same moment?
Have you tried running the non localized version of the game to see if the issue happens there as well.

In general any further information on this could be helpful.

Due to a 'bug' or whatever after the Island assault map pack I'm currently locked to the english version and I saw it too, the server was RO2 only and the German (if I'm not mistaken) icon got replaced with the USMC one for the 'attack or defend' vote screen and several territories after that - playing on the German side.

As JosephBaier mentioned, it happens for all players.
We're running the default rotation only.
