Immersion Overhaul Mutator Information

I tried this mod and installed it and did what the readme said and I have a texture issue. the models are grey/pink. Can someone forward me a link on how I can resolve this?

You need to change 1 line for a file in MyDocuments to fix the issue. See the link.

1. Open: ROEngine.ini found in: Documents\My Games\RedOrchestra2\ROGame\Config

2. Go to the section: [UnrealEd.EditorEngine]

3. At the bottom, add on a separate line: ForceLoadMods=SoundMutator

If you have problems with adjusting ROengine.ini file, you can just replace it with new [url]http://www.mediafire.com/view/poa1k76w1u7iti1/ROEngine.ini[/URL]
The only problem is that you will have to adjust your graphic settings.

I used the file but the ini made my game crash, so I deleted the ini completely and started the game. After that I added the line in the ini file. Textures are fine now. I guess my ROEngine.ini file was too old.

I remember ~1 year ago i was playing on 40-1 classic server and when some bad player chose commander and did not use smoke/artillery, i could just ask admin and admin would do warning to this player and then kick him.
Why 40-1 admins dont do that now??
right now we were playing koitos and then odessa. Some... persons chose all russian commanders and did not use smoke AT ALL.
I was standing near dangerous places on maps where we NEEDED smoke, i was saying in chat " COMMANDER SMOKE THIS PLACE NOW " and no reaction, just NOTHING for several minutes.
We were forced to die like a fools and loose because our commanders did not do anything

I'm with Kleist on this one. Zoom is not part of the total Immersion Overhaul experience, though it will remain an option for those looking for less realistic gameplay.

If people like zoom they should pick SL or TL and use the binoculars. Having a zoom always favours the defenders. The argument for pixel hunting is ALWAYS going to be there even with the zoom. If something is a small target you shouldn't be able to hit it or hit a key to make it a bigger target. If it's too small to hit either get closer or wait for it to get closer to you.

I could sit further back and just use the zoom eyes on targets still further away but isn't that still pixel hunting? Zoom is not a cure for it.
