Everytime I try to connect to a server it says "An unknown Steam error is preventing you from connecting to this server. Contact Valve is the problem continues." Does ANYBODY know how to fix this?!

1. Verify your files integrity of RO (right click on RO in Steam Library, go properties, local files.
...if still the problem is present:
2. go to your Steam folder at your HD, delete all files from it EXCLUDING all subfolders AND STEAM.EXE file.
Click on that Steam.exe file and by it start Steam which will download all the stuff that was broken. Start the game after that updating, should work now
