How about to replace this bags by standart german 3kg satchel charges in Zinc box with three holes for detonators? On the photo - in my hands and separately.

Not a bad idea, but the ones we have now were used a lot more than the zink type. Nice idea, would look pretty cool.

It'd also be nice to have a difference between the two sides Shambeh Bambehs, it'd be a nice touch, if not overly important, but nice.

Wouldn't it have been easier to melt it in a water bath? The melting point of TNT is about 80-81 degrees centigrade.

isn't the purpose of the primary to actually create a shockwave ;o, i know it aint pyrotechnik, but whats the difference from a shockwave of a hammer and a primary :O.

Sor for my english, it's difficult to explain for me.

Melting in the water is popular method to extract TNT, but in this case the main value of the box is original paint on it. If i would melt it will be a nasty cover of tnt on it. Also for melting i must take it to home, but i dont want to have problems with law)

This boxed-bomb looks very cool, and even if it wasn't a common satchel charge to use, I'd still like to see it used and have a difference in the satchel charges used by both sides.
