Game randomly switches between different language keyboards and doesn't let me move

At least ten times a match my computer will switch at complete random from US English to Simplified Chinese. When it switches to Simplified Chinese the game locks my character in place and starts randomly dropping guns out in front of him. The issue only stops when I hit ctrl+space twice.
I am currently running on Windows 10, but on my old windows 7 computer this issue also occurred. It only happens in this game.

Unless someone else has a specific answer for you, I suggest Googling "disable Windows keyboard hotkeys" or something to that effect. Good luck

I'm also having this issue, as I made a similar thread. Disabled language switching, defaulted to english keyboard. Still cannot move, can look around and use all other keys including crouching, jumping, zoom, prone, etc.
