PC Dissapearing weapons

Reproducibility: Sometimes, Unable to reproduce consistently

Summary: All maps seem to have this issue of losing weapons.

Description: Ever since Killing Floor and people would steal your weapon after you die I would set my camera onto my weapon so I can see who stole it and kick them. So I did the same on KF2. I would watch as a horde would pass through my weapon and it would then disappear.

It is difficult to reproduce for me because you have to die were the AI will pass through your weapon in the area.

1) Die with a weapon out
2) Set death cam to watch over weapon
3) Wait and watch for Zed horde to walk over weapon.

Any weapon, any Perk, on any map, any settings.

Well, don't forget that weapons automatically disappear after a certain amount of time. (~5 minutes, never calculated it).

Some places on the map if you drop weapons, they will fall trough the ground (usually stairs).

Yup ! Especially the opened vents on the ground, where the crawlers come from.

But this doesn't match with the OP "problem".

Nope I would guess it is the 5 minute timer. I didn't know about it.
