Console Didn't receive tickets

I purchased a cosmetic ticket bundle on Xbox one, but it's still not in my inventory. My card was definitely charged for it but a day later I still don't have my tickets. I'm not sure if this is the place to put this but if there is a fix I'd like to know. Thanks.

Turn off your Xbox and router/modem - wait 5 minutes. Turn them back on again. This will force new connections next time you launch KF2 and could potentially solve the issue.
