Btw I insta-bought all dlcs for KF and will continue to do so, awesome job TWI in supporting your modders allowing them to make money with official DLCs.

All those weapons were released yesterday, as part of this year's Halloween event (the one that's been running for 2-3 years now, totally free of charge, just to remind those who keep forgetting).
