Nothing has changed on our end. We currently believe this issue to be a routing/isp/security issue local to the users who are experiencing it.

PC Cannot connect to Tripwire official AS/SG servers. Custom servers work properly

The issue has changed quite a bit actually. I can connect to a few SG servers. Usually, these are the ones that have a large number tag (id) in their name. I can't join the official SG servers with short names. Also, some of the SG servers with large id are still unplayable. But I can definitely say something has changed which is letting me get into those few SG official servers now.

Perhaps, I agree something is weird. I just can't understand why is it occurring to a bunch of people all of a sudden. And the behaviors are also the same. Like what happened with @huanlo is happening to me the exact same way and in the same timeline. Sounds like an interesting issue whatever the root cause is. It is possible that the issue is not at the servers. I guess following the patterns can only lead to the discovery of the root cause in that case.
I did find an interesting case as well. My younger brother and I share the same connection. Today I found an SG server to which he was able to connect and play while I wasn't. So, I asked him to invite me to the game to check if I could join it that way, and when he did, I got returned to the home screen. We tried this a couple of times but the outcome was the same.

im also from epic games. well KF2 beta SF /AS are working but KF2 SG/AS servers isn't working .well server browser shows servers but cant join them.it didn't work.please fix it

Also, just like the others, @Yoshiro I am also very much certain now that it is some game issue at Tripwire's end as I can also connect to all AS/SG servers in the beta but not in the stable release. It's not just me but a lot of people who are affected by it and we all are from different parts of the world so less chances of some local/ISP issue. And all of us are on Epic Games.
And I am also certain there are a lot more who have just not reported it because either they don't play on AS/SG servers or they simply don't care to report because they think it would be fixed in the near future because others must have reported it :|

We are investigating the issue, but we currently believe it is a regional issue unrelated to the game itself or it would be more widespread.

There isn't even any timeout error, the game is simply not even attempting to connect to official servers. This has nothing to do with our internet connections.

Yea, finally someone talking about this...
EGS KF2 is really having some issues with the Server Browser...
I have like 2 friends on EGS , all of them can't join any server from the Browser Server menu. (Click join , nothing happens)
Weirdly enough the Find A Match is able to find some SG/AS server for me (but very rare occurrence) but as soon as I quit the server , go back to Browse Server > History > find back the same server > click Join > nothing happens.
Reason why this is huge problem it's because most of the time the Find A Match feature will most of the time find a 200++ ping server for us Asian players.
Me and my friend even tested some scenarios where :
1. My steam KF2 friend invites me to his lobby > He go and Browse Server > He clicks join > his game is showing that I (from EGS KF2) is gone from the lobby (party) , meanwhile in my EGS KF2 screen, I'm still in the same lobby as him.
2. My friend host a custom unmodded KF2 server, I use browse server feature to look for his game. I can see his game, click Join > Nothing happens.

This is ridiculous, and it just got worse. Many more servers I can't connect to.

@Yoshiro , Just wanted to know how many people would it take to conclude it is not a local issue and is already widespread 
. As I said, not everyone comes and posts the bugs that he/she is facing. They either play with a high ping server or stop playing the game at all. The fact that it has started happening for all of us at the same time and that we all are from different countries is self-explanatory and tells something is wrong with the EGS version. Have you come across anybody who has reported this issue for steam yet?
Also, we all are able to play the game perfectly on the beta release.

Perhaps if it is becoming difficult for the developers to find the exact cause for the same then the differences between the beta and the stable version (in terms of servers, ports and other configurations being used) could be studied and the stable version could be made to use similar settings. I know you guys were up to a lot of bugs that you have fixed in the beta 2 but this seems like something that should be taken up on priority now

There are no differences in any of the server settings between beta and live, and the same files are deployed world wide for all clients. It is interesting to note that you don't appear to have issues with the beta.

@Yoshiro , I didn't really mean just the server settings I meant there is definitely something different between the two. I have confirmed with a lot of others facing this issue and they are all able to connect to all the servers in the beta. So, it's not just me who is not facing any issue with the beta. This could serve as a good base for diagnosing the issue.

We don't know at this point. We've reached out to Multiplay to have a look at the servers on their end to see if anything can be spotted as an issue there. So far we have not found a cause for this.

Just to keep the thread alive, this issue still exists for all of us.
If you can't find and fix it in Killing Floor 2, how will you assure this will not be an issue in Killing Floor 3?

Well its happened to me helloween update. After i download beta. Untill then no problem occurred in browser. After Christmas crackdown update relese once or twice browser works for me. Now its not. Well find server works in gmae some how but i cant join low ping servers some times. Its ruin the game me and other players on the server. Any idea even its a temporary fix.
