Hello. I've had these problems with the sound for a while now, but never really did anything with it. However now its really just getting on my nerves. I had 3D sound enabled and when I do, there is this constant ripping sound whenever tank cannons go off and similar loud noises. Also happens when people talk over VOIP. Oftentimes I cannot understand them, so thats why I'd like to fix this problem. Any ideas what I can do? I have verified the cache, did nothing, turned off X-Fire, which did nothing. Any ideas? I'm running an AC97 soundcard that came stock with the PC.
