Yes, your server and B3 do not have to be on the same machine. In fact you can run b3 on your home computer, but that means that you would have to leave it on all the time. I was waiting until it got into the main B3 downloads before making a more formal announcement.

If you have a dedicated server box with ftp access etc then you should be able to set it up. If you just rent a server check with your provider, some offer it as an option. Or there are people that offer b3 as a service, I don't think that it cost a lot per month. eg http://www.host4b3.com/
